HVDC Power Rack Solutions
A dedicated rack placed beside compute racks that converts AC power into 800 VDC/±400 VDC and distributes it to the compute rack. It centralizes power conversion, redundancy, and optional battery backup outside the compute rack, enabling higher compute density while allowing 800 VDC/±400 VDC systems to operate in existing AC data centers.
Grid-to-chip power architecture diagram: medium-voltage utility supply converted through an Arete solid-state transformer or transformer and rectifier stage to an 800 V DC bus, feeding power supply shelves, battery backup shelves and the GPU board inside the compute rack.
